How do I know if my cellar cooling/air conditioning system needs servicing or replacement?
Your cellar cooling system requires servicing a minimum of once per year, if your temperature changes or you notice any other issues e.g: freezing/tripping/leaking, then please contact our office.
Can you install and maintain both keg and cask dispense systems for my pub or venue?
Yes, our services include the installation/maintenance of both keg and cask equipment
Do you offer event cart bar hire for private events, and what is included?
Yes, we offer cart bar hire for both Breweries and the general public. With our corporate package, we can supply the bar, beer and gas, alternatively, you are able to hire bars on their own.
How far in advance should I book your event bar hire services for my event?
It is always best to book your event into our diary as early as you can, however, we will try to accommodate any last minute bookings where possible.
Do you provide any additional services, like technical support or staff, for events or festivals?
Yes, we can provide experienced technical support for your events, however we do not provide staff for serving on the bar.
Do you refurbish and repair beer dispense equipment?
We refurbish handpulls and beer coolers, please contact our office if you require these services.
What happens if my beer cooler or dispense system can’t be repaired? Do you offer recycling?
Yes, we are F-gas registered so all coolers are legally de-gassed before being correctly disposed of.
Do you offer any ongoing maintenance services for cellar cooling or dispense systems?
We provide 6-monthly/annual servicing on cellar cooling systems and cellar equipment for lots of our customers, if you would like to be added to our service list, please contact our office.
Do you provide services for both small bars and large venues or festivals?
Yes, no event is too large or too small!
What areas do you cover for your services, including events and maintenance?
We are a national provider for both events and maintenance.
